For us to issue a refund on our products, please take note of the following terms:
1. We offer a full refund within 60 days if the customer received an unusable license. Before requesting a refund, please contact our support team to verify that the license is indeed not working due to fault of the license and not some other reason such as faulty installation, installation of the wrong product, malware or virus corruption of system files, and others.
2. A full refund within 60 days is applicable if the customer did not receive a license at all via email.
3. Customers experiencing any issues with activation can receive a full refund within 2 years.
4. Please be advised that no refund will be given if the customer received a valid working license.
To proceed with any refund, please reach out to us via e-mail at support@mydigicenter.com. Our team reserves the right to inspect the product key for activation details within seven calendar days. If it has been activated already, we hold the right to refuse a refund since we have already provided the service as agreed upon.
